Description
Our oversized button-up, cut in Tarala Tiger printed silk twill. Gold logo buttons run the placket and close the wide double-layer cuffs. The peak collar is finished by hand with 4 mm brass beads, and a self-fabric drawcord at each cuff gathers the sleeve or leaves it wide. Every seam inside is a French seam.

In the Tarala print, golden tigers rest beside a pond, meeting their reflections among pink lotus. On fluid silk, the water, flowers and tigers seem to shift as you move, turning a moment of stillness into something alive.
In Sanskrit, Tarala evokes something in gentle flow, shimmering, glowing and vibrating with life. We imagined it as a river made of stardust, quietly humming as it moves.
This shirt is made for that state of being. Loose, fluid, luminous. Allow yourself to move without forcing the direction.
Feel your frequency, be, flow.

The Story In The Print
Still Water Tiger places the tiger at rest beside the water, printed on pure silk twill for weight, drape and glow.

A tiger by the water, watchful and calm. Power held, not spent.

Still water gives the print its depth: reflections, ripples and quiet.

Pure silk twill, heavier than habotai, with a diagonal weave that catches light as it moves.

Why Ashaki exists
"I make clothes for the woman who is becoming. Every print carries a story, resilience, joy, quiet strength and every stitch is placed by hand, by artisans whose craft carries generations. When you wear Ashaki, you wear that story."
