Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We have a 15-day return policy. Returns and exchanges must be delivered to our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Returns received after this period will be returned to the sender.

Once your return is delivered, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. You will be notified by email once your refund or store credit has been issued. Refunds are applied to the original method of payment and may take several business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear (including deodorant marks, hair, missing tags, or odors) will not be accepted.

  • Items purchased on sale, gift cards, special orders, and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ashaki reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. Items not accepted will be returned to the customer.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@ashaki.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your funds, please contact us at info@ashaki.com.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to begin the return process by emailing info@ashaki. Once approved, place a new order. We will pay for shipping for exchanged items. All items exchanged must comply with our Returns policy. Your refund will be processed accordingly. 

European Union Customers: 

If your order is shipped into the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Product Variation Notice

Images and descriptions are for general reference only and may not be an exact depiction of the final garments. Actual products may vary in color, texture, fit, and other details due to manufacturing processes, photography of samples, and display settings.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@ashaki.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
